As I gouge into my sockets,

Elation filled my body.

Bitten to nubs, my fingernails cant rip through the toughness of my epidermis.  My fingers dig in and my knuckles turn white as I peel myself away, uncovering my heart.

Beating and sputtering out from my ribcage,

Bile welling up through my esophagus as I search and mangle through my flesh.

I am in my most natural form,

A naked baby, bleeding onto the linoleum

I scratch and until im raw,

To the bone,

To my soul.
